Where is my order shipping from?

Orders ship from Greenville, North Carolina.

When are orders shipped and processed?

Orders are shipped and processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, however please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, not at the moment. All orders are shipped within the United States.

Do you offer order pick up?

No, we do not offer order pickup. 

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Contact hello@allaroundbeads.com and provide your order number and pictures of the damaged item. Damaged orders cannot be corrected after 10 days from the order date.

I placed the correct order, but received the wrong item. What should I do?

Yikes! We made a mistake and take full responsibility of this error. Contact hello@allaroundbeads.com so we can make the necessary corrections.

How do I cancel my order?

We're 100% positive you'll be satisfied with your shopping experience with All Around Beads. We hope canceling an order is not something you wish to do. In the event you need to cancel your order contact hello@allaroundbeads.com as soon as possible. If your order has shipped it cannot be canceled.
